Current COVID-19 Policy for Online Livestream classes

Due to Yoga Barn Eltham currently being closed.  I am offering Online Livestream Classes.  These classes are offered as ‘Pay as you can’/ ‘Pay it forward’/ or ‘Participate with no need to pay’.  Therefore no refunds will be given.  All payments are made direct into my bank account.

Purchases

Purchases of Group Classes or Treatments can be made on the Appointment & Class Bookings page.

Our rates can be found on the Appointments & Class Bookings page OR the Pricing page.  Prices may change without notice.  And may not be updated on the webpages accordingly.  However they will be shown correctly on the Nabooki Purchase shopping cart.

Single group class purchases expire within 1 month of purchase

Mutli-passes 5 x group classes expire within 3 months of purchase

Treatments purchased expire within 1 month of purchase unless prior arrangement is made.  For example if buying a ‘Gift Card’.

You will receive an email after your purchase with the selected time of your appointment or class and receipt.

Refund Policy:

Most Classes & Massage Treatments are refundable fully or partially at our discretion if the service or class wasn’t able to go ahead.

You can cancel an appointment up to 12 hours before the treatment to incur zero fee.

You can cancel a group class booking up to 2 hours before the class to incur zero fee.

No-shows to appointments or classes booked may incur a penalty fee.  Appointments incur a maximum of $50 fee.  Single group classes maximum of $10 fee. Multi-passes you forgo that session of the multi-pass.

Under Visa/ MasterCard rules credit card transactions will be refunded back to the credit card used in the first instance , otherwise it will result in charge back. All Cash purchases will be refunded by cash.

If a refund isn’t possible we may allow more time for you to use our services at our discretion.
